Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

In the event of high order volumes, processing times may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday surges.

Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver your orders:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Certain oversized or heavy items may have additional shipping fees. These will be disclosed at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ridge Toolbox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

However, if you believe there is an issue with your shipment, please reach out to us at ridgetoolbox@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at ridgetoolbox@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
